The Opportunity

Hosting Is Good.
Access Is Unforgettable.

Anyone can buy tickets. The opportunity is to create an experience your referral partners cannot recreate on their own — premium hospitality plus personal access to your team rider. The goal is not simply a great night. The goal is to create a shared story that opens the door to deeper business relationships.

20–40

Guests in a Suite

Invite your top referral partners and the relationships you most want to build. Give each guest a +1.

1:1

Personal Access

Kingston joins your guests for photos, conversation and a meet & greet timed around his competition schedule.

∞

Content Potential

Capture the room, the ride and the relationships. Build social momentum during the event and reusable content afterward.

The Playbook

The Formula For Success

01

Secure the Right Suite

Target premium suite space for roughly 20–40 guests. Make it easy to mingle, eat, drink and interact — this should feel like your event inside the PBR event.

02

Curate the Room

Invite your best current referral partners plus the referral partners you most want to earn. Allow a +1 so the invitation feels generous, social and easy to accept.

03

Hospitality Matters

Cater the suite and provide drinks. Remove friction. Your job during the event is to host, connect people and create conversations — not manage logistics.

04

Create the Kingston Moment

Build in a meet & greet with Kingston, but competition comes first. His timing is based on when he rides so he has uninterrupted time to mentally prepare.

05

Engineer the Social Share

Place a simple poster in the suite asking guests to tag the hosting CCM Mortgage Advisor and use your designated CCM hashtag. Make sharing obvious and effortless.

06

Capture It Professionally

Hire a videographer. Capture arrivals, suite energy, Kingston’s meet & greet, reactions and the event. One night should create weeks of useful content.

07

Follow Up Fast

The event is the opener, not the finish line. Follow up with every attendee and schedule one-on-one meetings while the shared experience is still fresh.

08

Share the Recap

Send the finished event video to attendees, post it socially and use it to create momentum for the next event. Let the experience continue working after the arena empties.

Protect The Rider

The Ride Comes First.

The meet & greet works because it is authentic. It only works if Kingston has the space he needs to compete at his best.
  • If Kingston rides later: schedule the suite meet & greet at the very beginning of the event.
  • If Kingston rides earlier: schedule the meet & greet after his ride.
  • Before he rides: protect his preparation window. No last-minute suite visits, photo requests or schedule changes.
  • Plan flexibly: competition order and rider needs can change. The hosting team should be ready to adjust. The meet & greet time will be coordinated with Kingston the same day of the event, and the meet & greet will be approximately 10 minutes.

Within 72 Hours

Ask for a one-on-one coffee, lunch or business planning meeting.

When Video Is Ready
